Abstract
Forecasting the directions of modernization of human spheres of activity during the development of the eighth technological order (ETO); the object of the article is the process of modernization of human activities in the eighth technological order; the purpose of the work is to reduce the risks of sustainable development of the economy and society during the development of the eighth technological order (mode); to achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: synthesis of a systematic and descriptive model of the 8th technological mode (ETO); formation of sectoral system models of scientific and technological development (fuel and energy complex, military-technical sphere, medicine, etc.); formation of a project model of organizations’ activities; comparative analysis of process and subject models of organizations’ activities; analysis of factors and methods of synthesis of innovative ideas during the formation of the eighth technological order; comparative analysis of three approaches in business (marketing, ecosystem, convergent (nature-like)); description of methods of modeling innovative projects; the study of the methodology of forming the business plan of an innovative project; scientific methods in the article are the theory of technological structures, the theory of forecasting and planning, heuristic synthesis, modeling, logical and structural analysis of projects, expert assessments; the scientific novelty of the article is determined by the formation of the project model of the organization’s activities, the description of the specifics of the conceptual approach to the formation of business ideas of the eighth technological order, the comparative analysis of marketing, ecosystem and nature-like (convergent) approaches in the development of the eighth technological order

Предметом статьи является прогнозирование направлений модернизации сфер деятельности человека в ходе развития восьмого технологического уклада; объектом статьи выступает процесс модернизации отраслей деятельности человека в восьмом технологическом укладе; целью работы является снижение рисков устойчивого развития экономики и общества в период развития восьмого технологического уклада; для достижения поставленной цели решаются следующие задачи: синтез системной и описательной модели 8-го технологического уклада (ВТУ); формирование отраслевых системных моделей научно-технического развития (топливно-энергетический комплекс, военно-техническая сфера, медицина и другое); формирование проектной модели деятельности организаций; сравнительного анализа процессной и предметной моделей деятельности организации; анализ факторов и методов синтеза инновационной идеи в ходе становления восьмого технологического уклада; сравнительный анализ трех подходов в бизнесе (маркетингового, экосистемного, конвергентного (природоподобного)); описание методов моделирования инновационных проектов; изучение методики формирования бизнес-плана инновационного проекта; научными методами в статье выступают теория технологических укладов, теория прогнозирования и планирования, эвристический синтез, моделирование, логический и структурный анализ проектов, экспертные оценки; научная новизна статьи определяется формированием проектной модели деятельности организации, описанием специфики концептуального подхода к формированию бизнес-идей восьмого технологического уклада, проведением сравнительного анализа маркетингового, экосистемного и природоподобного (конвергентного) подходов в условиях развития восьмого технологического уклада

Abstract
The study was aimed at selecting the most optimal indicators for assessing the greening and environmental safety of the state. To do this, several literature sources and the majority of indicators for assessing the environment and environmental efficiency of economic activity were analyzed. The most optimal system of greening indicators was singled out. The analysis of pressure – state – reaction model indicators was carried out, its main advantages and disadvantages are determined. Based on research results study proposed to modify the pressure-state-reaction model, which will allow renewing the assessment of state’s environmental safety.

Abstract
The study identifies and substantiates the theoretical possibilities of using the concept of «Smart Grid» to improve the performance of one of the key areas in the energy sector of Ukraine – heat. It is proved that given the problematic state of heat in Ukraine, it is worth paying attention to the possibilities of using smart grids in this sector. It is noted that the Smart Grid technology platform is an electrical network that meets the requirements of efficient and reliable operation of the power system. This is ensured by coordinated management and organization of two-way communications between the elements of electrical networks, power plants, power sources and consumers. Possibilities of using this concept in the domestic heat industry are considered in two aspects: potential increase of efficiency of heat supply system within the existing model; change of the traditional model of the heat supply system with the use of system technical-technological and organizational innovations. According to the authors, the practical implementation of Ukraine’s innovative concept «Smart Grid» is a necessary basis for further stages of economic development, which will increase the reliability and efficiency of operation and development of the power system, improve customer service, reduce electricity costs and ensure electricity quality requirements.
Анотація
У дослідженні визначенні та обґрунтовані теоретичні можливості використання концепції «Smart Grid» для покращення показників діяльності одного з ключових напрямків у енергетичному секторі України – теплоенергетики. Доказано, що з огляду на проблемний стан теплоенергетики в Україні варто приділити увагу можливостям використання розумних енергомереж у даному секторі. Відзначено, що технологічна платформа Smart Grid – це електричні мережі, які відповідають вимогам ефективного та надійного функціонування енергосистеми. Це забезпечується за рахунок скоординованого керування та організації двосторонніх комунікацій між елементами електричних мереж, електричними станціями, джерелами енергосистеми і споживачами. Можливості використання даної концепції у вітчизняній теплоенергетиці розглянуто в двох аспектах: потенційне підвищення ефективності системи теплопостачання у межах наявної моделі; зміна традиційної моделі системи теплопостачання із застосуванням системних техніко-технологічних та організаційних інновацій. На думку авторів, практична реалізація Україною інноваційної концепції «Smart Grid» є необхідною основою для подальших етапів економічного розвитку, що сприятиме підвищенню надійності та економічності функціонування і розвитку енергосистеми, поліпшенню якості обслуговування споживачів, зниженню собівартості виробленої електроенергії та забезпеченню вимог до якості електроенергії.

The article describes the technique of treatment of intra-articular fractures. A combined tactic was applied in which a dynamic distraction apparatus is applied and a hyaluronic acid preparation is injected. Good results have been obtained.

В статье описана техника лечения внутрисуставных переломов. Применена комбинированная тактика при которой накладывается динамический дистракционный аппарат и вводится препарат гиалуроновой кислоты. Получены хорошие результаты.

Abstract
Coulomb’s law is derived from the whirlpool concepts of the structure of particles. An electron is a whirlpool of an electromagnetic wave, which has the properties of a wave and a particle, as well as a rest mass, or more correctly, the moment of rotation of a wave rolled up by a whirlpool, by which we mean rest mass. The nature of the magnetic field and the interaction of magnets are considered. Experiments show that whirlpool and magnetic processes are similar phenomena. Images are created that contribute to a deeper understanding of the phenomenon of electromagnetism.
Аннотация
Выводится закон Кулона из водоворотных представлений о строении частиц. Электрон – это водоворот электромагнитной волны, который обладает свойствами волны и частицы, а также массой покоя или правильнее сказать моментом вращения свёрнутой водоворотом волны, под которым мы понимаем массу покоя. Рассматривается природа магнитного поля и взаимодействие магнитов. На экспериментах показывается, что водоворотные и магнитные процессы – это подобные явления. Создаются образы, способствующие более глубокому пониманию явления электромагнетизма.

Abstract
The aim of the study is a system for automatic control of the flow rate of a gas well based on an express assessment of the degree of its water cut and sand production. It is proposed to estimate the water cut based on the dynamics of the temperature and pressure values at the wellhead, and the sand production rate – according to the readings of the DSP-AKE sensor additionally installed at the wellhead. The system makes it possible to regulate the flow rate in real time, and in the case of its blowdown, it can be carried out in automatic mode.
Аннотация
Целью исследования является система автоматического регулирования дебита газовой скважины по экспресс-оценке степени ее обводненности и выноса песка. Предложено обводненность оценивать по динамике значений температуры и давления на устье скважины, а интенсивность выноса песка – по показаниям дополнительно установленного на устье датчика ДСП-АКЭ. Система позволяет в реальном масштабе времени регулировать дебит, а в случае необходимости продувки проводить ее в автоматическом режиме.

Abstract
The problem of homeless animals is considered in the article. Among the 7-8 million animals that end up in rescue shelters, about 45% of animals are euthanized, 15-25% of animals die due to overcrowding in shelters each year. The aim of the study is to improve the rate of appropriation of animals in shelters, using machine learning methods: Logistic regression, Naive Bayes classifier, Support vector machine, Decision trees, Random forest and Extremely randomized trees, as well as Natural language processing methods.
Анотація
У статті розглянуто можливі шляхи вирішення однієї з проблем безпритульних тварин. Серед 7-8 мільйонів тварин, які потрапляють до рятувальних притулків, близько 45% тварин піддаються евтаназії, 15-25% тварин помирають через переповнення притулків щороку. Метою дослідження є оцінка періоду перебування тварини в притулку та зменшення цього періоду, за рахунок використання методів машинного навчання: логістичної регресію (Logistic regression), наївного баєсевого класифікатора (Naive Bayes classifier), методу опорних векторів (Support vector machine), дерева рішень (Decision tree), випадкового лісу (Random forest) та гранично випадкових лісів (Extremely randomized trees), а також методів обробки природньої мови (Natural language processing).

Abstract
The article provides a detailed analysis of MVC technology and Flux architecture. The problems that arise when using the MVC (Model-View-Controller) template are considered, namely when actions lead to cascading updates, which, in turn, leads to unpredictable results and code that becomes difficult to debug. The article discusses the advantages of Flux-architecture, which eliminates these problems. The results are demonstrated on the developed application.
Анотація
В статті докладно надано аналіз технології MVC та Flux-архітектури. Розглянуто проблеми, що виникають при використанні шаблону MVC (Model-View-Controller), а саме, коли дії викликають каскадні оновлення, що, в свою чергу, призводить до непередбачуваних результатів і коду, який стає важко відлагоджувати. В статті розглянуто переваги Flux-архітектури, яка дозволяє усунути зазначені проблеми. Результати продемонстровані на розробленому застосунку.

Abstract
New methods of analyzing the visual structure of the form of objects of the object-spatial environment are considered, the degree of effectiveness of the proposed methods and techniques is shown, the features of visual perception of the field structure of the form are given. The technique of computer analysis of the visual structure of the shape of objects is shown.

Рассматриваются новые методы анализа визуальной структуры формы объектов предметно-пространственной среды, показана степень результативности предлагаемых методов и приемов, приводятся особенности зрительного восприятия полевой структуры формы. Показана методика компьютерного анализа визуальной структуры формы объектов.

Abstract
The conducted research results of the algal flora of water bodies and rivers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan is characterized by a high species diversity of algae, it is represented by 135 species, varieties and forms from 2 divisions. The algal flora is based on 71 species of blue-green and 64-green algae. Among the blue-green algae, the most representative families are Oscillatoriaceae Kirchn, Microcystidaceae Elenkin, and Merismopediaceae Elenk. The three highest genus of algae in this flora were identified: Oscillatoria Vaucher Ex Gomont, Microcystis Kütz, Merismopedia Meyen. The three largest genus of green algae in this flora have also been identified: Cosmarium Corda. Ecological and geographical analysis of the flora of algae in water bodies and rivers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic showed the predominance of planktonic, cosmopolitan, mesohalobic indifferent, oligohalogenic, and alkaliphilic.
Аннотация
Проведенными результатами исследований альгофлора водоемов и реках Нахчыванской Автономной Республики Азербайджана характеризуется высоким видовым разнообразием водорослей, она представлена 135 видами, разновидностями и формами из 2 отделов. Основу альгофлоры составляют 71 видов сине-зеленых и 64-зеленых водорослей. Среди сине-зеленых водорослей наиболее представительны семейства Oscillatoriaceae Kirchn, Microcystidaceae Elenkin и Merismopediaceae Elenk. Выявлены три самых высоких в данной флоре рода водорослей: Oscillatoria Vaucher Ex Gomont, Microcystis Kütz, Merismopedia Meyen. Выявлены также три самых крупных в данной флоре рода зеленых водорослей: Cosmarium Corda. Эколого-географический анализ флоры водорослей водоемов и реках Нахчыванской АР показал преобладание планктонных, космополитных, мезогалобных индифферентных, олигогалобных, и алкалифильных.

Abstract
The relevance of the article is determined by the ever-growing interest in the genre of the historical novel, the desire to restore the lost unity in the world, all the increasing obstacles on the way to it, the tireless inner struggle of the individual. The study reveals the peculiarities of the artistic interpretation and the specifics of the literary-figurative recreation of the Albanian collisions of the late twentieth century on the example of D. Miller’s novel “Lessons of Norwegian”. In the novel, there is an artistic interpretation of history, the drawing of semantic threads from modernity to the past and vice versa, the combination and interweaving of heterogeneous narrative elements, an organic fusion of history, mythology and modernity. The writer revealed the dark secrets of history and the human soul, expressed the harsh truth about the war and about ourselves.
Аннотация
Актуальность статьи определяется всевозрастающим интересом к жанру исторического романа, стремлением восстановить утраченное единство в мире, все умножающимися препятствиями на пути к нему, неустанной внутренней борьбой отдельной личности. В исследовании выявляются особенности художественной трактовки и специфики литературно-образного воссоздания албанских коллизий конца ХХ века на примере романа Д. Миллера «Уроки норвежского». В романе художественное осмысление истории, проведение смысловых нитей из современности в прошлое и наоборот, сочетание и переплетение разнородных элементов повествования, органический сплав истории, мифологии и современности. Писатель вскрыл темные тайны истории и человеческой души, высказал суровую правду о войне и о самих себе.

Abstract
The article discusses the issues of a simplified form to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities. It is concluded that the court order is an act of the court having the force of an executive document, issued by the court on an individual basis on the basis of the stated claims on indisputable claims without trial.

Abstract
The article investigates the problem of spelling competence of future primary school teachers. It is substantiated that spelling competence is an important component of linguistic competence. As a result of the research it was determined that the level of language training of the future teacher meets the modern demands of society. The pedagogical conditions of formation of spelling competence of future primary school teachers in the conditions of modern educational process of higher educational institution are outlined.

У статті досліджено проблему орфографічної компетенції майбутніх учителів початкової школи. Обґрунтовано, що орфографічна компетенція є важливою складовою лінгвістичної компетентності. У результаті дослідження визначено, що рівень мовної підготовки майбутнього вчителя відповідає сучасним запитам суспільства. Окреслено педагогічні умови формування орфографічної компетенції майбутніх учителів початкової школи в умовах сучасного освітнього процесу вищого навчального закладу.

The article presents the results of a study of the general picture of the presence or absence of critical thinking among future teachers against the background of the spread of pseudoscientific knowledge: astrology, ufology, homeopathy, etc. The attitude towards pseudoscience in this text is understood as one of the markers for identifying critical thinking. The study was conducted in 2021, on the basis of the Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University.

В статье изложены результаты исследования общей картины наличия или отсутствия критического мышления в среде будущих педагогов на фоне распространения лженаучных знаний: астрологии, уфологии, гомеопатии и др. Отношение к лженауке в этом тексте понимается как один из маркеров для выявления критического мышления. Исследование проведено в 2021 году, на базе Пермского государственного гуманитарно-педагогического университета.

Abstract
The article consider the formation of an anti-corruption culture in modern Kazakhstan. The emphasis is on the ways to develop the level of moral consciousness of civil servants. The importance of this topic appears because of this fact that person’s actions are determined by values, which are used in them behaviour directly. The important requirement is to understand your own level of moral values and principles.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования антикоррупционной культуры в современном Казахстане. Акцент сделан на способы развития уровня нравственного сознания государственных служащих. Актуальность данной темы обусловлено и тем, что поступки человека определяются теми ценностями, которыми он руководствуется в своем поведении. Важным условием является осознание собственного уровня нравственного развития, для того, чтобы определить зону роста собственных нравственных установок и ценностей.

В статье рассматривается понятие психологической зависимости от гаджетов. Методы выявления зависимости, факторы, влияющие на формирование зависимости у учащихся средней школы. Проведено теоритическо-практическое исследование группы учащихся по методике В.Д. Менделевича, который был адаптирован под зависимость от смартфона и компьютера. Стимульный материал предлагался добровольцам в электроном виде в сети Интернет.

Abstract
In Russia, diseases of the digestive organs occupy the main place in the structure of somatic pathology of childhood. Psychological prerequisites for the occurrence of gastroenterological diseases are most often prolonged overstrain, being in a state of anxiety or fear, a reduced level of stress resistance, immature mental defenses and unconstructive strategies for coping with stress. As a result of the study, it was revealed that adolescents with chronic gastroduodenitis are characterized by low stress resistance, in stressful situations they tend to displace negative experiences by removing their causes from consciousness, they are characterized by postponing problem solving, lack of self-control and control over their behavior, they do not plan their actions and have a narrow range of possible behaviors.

Abstract
The article analyzes long-term studies of the optimal perspective profile among adolescents, young men, individuals of middle and late adulthood, different sexes, and professional activities. It is stated that the presence of an optimal perspective profile has not been confirmed: it is difficult to imagine people with different types of temperament, age, and individual experience having the same meanings and values in relation to the optimal time perspective, regardless of its consistency and balance. It has been demonstrated that in adolescence, in an unbalanced profile the hedonistic present is expressed on a middle-high level, the search for the meaning of life is called “a decrease of anxiety and guilt by means of entertainment.” It is shown that in early adulthood, the search for meaning is defined as “confusion” or “abashment” due to lack of a global goal, avoidance of disturbing information in the present, replacing it with illusions and entertainment, abandoning one’s own desires under the pressure of sociocultural stereotypes. It is stated that the experience of living through difficult situations in life increases, during which crises are lost and meanings are born, the life resource decreases, but the presence of a goal at the age of 40+ motivates a person for action and activity. In middle adulthood, the search for meaning is called “to have and to achieve.” It is shown that in late adulthood, a high or medium level of time perspectives expressiveness “Negative past” and “Fatalistic present” or “Future” is present, depending on the person’s activity. The meaning of life could be called “despair” or “protection”, respectively. It is assumed that the lack of connectivity and the optimal balance between the past – present – future does not reduce adaptive functions, but, on the contrary, works as a defense mechanism helping a person to find meaning.

Продемонстрировано отсутствие оптимальной временной перспективы во всех периодах онтогенеза. Констатируется, что сложно представить людей с оптимальным профилем временной перспективы, но разным типом темперамента, возраста и индивидуального опыта, при всей его логичности. Предполагается, что отсутствие оптимальной временной перспективы выполняет адаптивные функции, помогая человеку искать и находить смысл. Проведена параллель между временной перспективой и смыслом на разных этапах онтогенеза: в подростковом возрасте поиск смысла жизни можно назвать «снижением тревожности и чувства вины в развлечениях», в ранней взрослости – «замешательство» или «растерянность», в средней взрослости – «обладать и достигать», в поздней взрослости «отчаяние» или «защита».

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the emotional sphere of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and mental retardation (PDD). The content of diagnostics is disclosed, the analysis of the results revealing the description of emotional states depending on the dominant agro-industrial complex in children with PDD and ASD is carried out. The leading affective-behavioral complexes (APC) have been identified: psychophysiological survival; symbiotic; expansion; play-dialogical and affection; figurative and role-playing. The article concludes that in children with ASD and PDD, the same APC can dominate and be impaired, but they are characterized by different behavioral manifestations and emotional states. For children with ASD, rigid patterns of behavior are more characteristic; violation of stereotyped actions causes displeasure or negativism. In children with CRD, the presence of a habitual rhythm activates activity, causing a positive emotional background. In children with CRD, several competing types of behavior can be triggered, from which short-lived and very mobile subcomplexes are formed, while new bundles of behavior quickly disintegrate.
